Welcome to QuietMind.


These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuietMind mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).


By downloading or using QuietMind, you agree to these Terms.


If you do not agree, do not use the App.




1. Description of Service



QuietMind is a mental wellness application designed to help users manage stress, overthinking, and anxiety through inspirational quotes, personalization features, reminders, widgets, and premium subscription options.


QuietMind is not a medical or therapeutic service.




2. No Medical Advice



QuietMind provides inspirational and educational content only.


The App:


  • Does not provide medical advice

  • Does not provide psychological treatment

  • Is not a substitute for professional mental health care



If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, consult a qualified healthcare professional or local emergency services immediately.




3. Eligibility



You must be at least 13 years old to use QuietMind.


If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.




4. Subscriptions & Payments



QuietMind offers optional Premium subscriptions.


Subscriptions are:


  • Managed by Apple through your Apple ID

  • Processed via RevenueCat for subscription management

  • Automatically renewing unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period



QuietMind does not store payment information.


Free trials (if offered) automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.


All billing issues must be handled through Apple.


5. Analytics and Third-Party Services


QuietMind uses third-party services to analyze app usage and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. These services may collect limited usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to this data processing.




6. User Conduct



You agree not to:


  • Reverse engineer or copy the App

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with services




7. Intellectual Property



All content in QuietMind, including but not limited to:


  • Text

  • Quotes

  • Graphics

  • Designs

  • Animations

  • Software code



is owned by or licensed to QuietMind and protected by intellectual property laws.


You may share quotes for personal, non-commercial use.




8. Limitation of Liability



QuietMind is provided “as is” and “as available.”


To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuietMind shall not be liable for:


  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Emotional distress arising from content usage

  • Loss of data

  • Service interruptions



Use of the App is at your own risk.




9. Termination



We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.




10. Changes to Terms



We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.




11. Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
